Purchased today got it home started into assembly and got to the step of installing the rubber splash guard. There’s a bolt that connects the PLASTIC saw guard to the saw blade housing. This is the pivot pin bolt that needs to be removed for the rubber splash guard to be installed. In the pic provided the nut on the bottom is held into place by the plastic housing and for some reason the bolt is torqued into the nut as if the nut itself was installed with red loctite. Once you put any force onto the bolt it spins in the cheap plastic guard not allowing the steel nut on the end to be captured by the cheap plastic housing. I drove through the snow thirty miles one way to get this saw today for one of my employees tomorrow, nowits back to the store to get this done so theres no down time tomorrow. Show of hands who thinks im gonna dissassemble and box this up??? Whose gonna pay me for my time??? I gave 5 stars because 1 Star wouldnt allow me to post Very well built. Tried the Ryobi tile saw, but couldn’t cut thin pieces of a 2 inch marble mosaic tile. Kept lifting the pieces up. Bought this and it did the trick. Saw has lots of power and makes really clean cuts. With the blade rpm there is some water spray that gets into the area but should be expected with a 7000rpm blade spinning. The adjustable water flow is nice, and table slides super smooth sturdy and accurate 31 Dec 21
